1. Introduction
This Refund Policy governs all payments made by users (“User”, “Applicant”, “Customer”) for services offered by CampusDunia through its website, platform, partners, or representatives.
By making any payment to CampusDunia, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
2. Scope of Services Covered
- Fee Finance / Loan Facilitation Services
- ERP Subscription & Digital Services
- Co-branded Smart Card Programs
- Application / Processing Fees
- Institutional or Student Service Charges
- Any other paid service offered by CampusDunia
3. Non-Refundable Payments
- Loan facilitation or processing fees once loan has been approved and/or disbursed.
- ERP subscription fees once account access has been activated.
- Smart Card issuance fees once the card is processed or printed.
- Application or documentation processing charges.
- Service fees for completed or partially delivered services.
Once a service is activated, delivered, processed, or completed, no refund request shall be entertained.
4. Eligible Refund Scenarios
Refunds may be considered only under the following limited circumstances:
- Duplicate Payment: Same transaction made more than once unintentionally.
- Payment Gateway Error: Incorrect charge due to technical issue.
- Service Cancellation by CampusDunia: If a paid service is cancelled before activation.
All refund requests are subject to verification and internal approval.
5. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, users must email: support@campusdunia.co.in
Include the following details:
- Full Name
- Registered Email / Mobile Number
- Transaction ID
- Date of Payment
- Reason for Refund
6. Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 15–30 business days.
- Refunds will be credited only to the original mode of payment.
- Payment gateway charges or administrative costs may be deducted where applicable.
7. Important Note on Loan Services
Once a loan amount has been disbursed to the applicant’s bank account, no refund or cancellation request will be entertained by CampusDunia or its lending partners.
8. Policy Updates
CampusDunia reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the website.
