Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which users may cancel services purchased from CampusDunia.
By purchasing any service, you agree to the terms stated below.

2. Cancellation Before Service Activation

Users may request cancellation only before the service has been activated or processed under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation must be requested within 7 calendar days from date of payment.
  • The service must not have been initiated, submitted, or activated.

3. Cancellation Not Permitted

Once the service delivery process has commenced, cancellation rights automatically cease. No cancellation or refund will be entertained in the following events:

  • After loan application submission to lender.
  • After loan approval or disbursement.
  • After ERP login credentials are generated.
  • After Smart Card printing or issuance begins.
  • After digital access to paid services is provided.
  • Once service processing has commenced, cancellation rights automatically cease.

4. How to Request Cancellation

To initiate a valid cancellation request, you must send a written request to our official support channel. The request should be comprehensive to enable faster processing.

Mandatory details to include in the email:

  • Full Name (as per registration)
  • Registered Mobile Number & Email ID
  • Transaction ID / Payment Reference Number
  • Date of Payment
  • Clear Reason for Cancellation (attach supporting documents if applicable).

5. Approval & Communication

CampusDunia reserves the right to approve or reject cancellation requests after verification. Users will be notified via registered email.

6. Institutional & Partner Services

Services offered through partner institutions or financial entities may also be governed by separate partner agreements.

7. Policy Modification

CampusDunia may revise this Cancellation Policy at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance of updated terms.
